Article 1 – Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “GTU”) is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Hiutoo platform (hereinafter “the Platform”), a premium social network accessible at URL.

Access to the publishing features is reserved for members who have paid the registration fee of €2 including tax and whose account has been validated.

7.1 Hiutoo’s Responsibility
Hiutoo undertakes to:
Ensure access to the platform 24/7 except for maintenance
Protect personal data
Moderate reported content
Hiutoo cannot be held responsible for:
Content published by users
Technical interruptions
Indirect damages
7.2 User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for:

The consequences of their interactions
